Gem City Stove Manufacturing Co. Wooden Ruler from 1914

Gem City Stove Manufacturing Co. Wooden Ruler from 1914

This ruler was printed as a advertising device for the Gem City Manufacturing Company in Quincy, Illinois. Nationwide, they were famous for manufacturing ranges, stoves and furnaces that were made with German heating techniques. The ruler features a print of their best selling stove of that year, make #315. The image is faded but visible upon close look. The numbers on the ruler are certainly legible, so the ruler is very functional, even for being over century old.
