1925 Faceted Eau de Toilette Bottle with Original Cap

1925 Faceted Eau de Toilette Bottle with Original Cap

Manufactured around 1925, this glass bottle was made to hold eau de toilette, a less pungent variation of traditional perfume. This bottle is quite special, as its screw top lid is still intact and may easily be taken on and off the bottle. The frame of the item is faceted in classic Art Deco fashion, and the front facade of the bottle has an inset panel where the label was once pasted. As with glass of this age, it is slightly clouded and bears a subtle iridescent quality throughout. This beautiful eau de toilette bottle is a unique addition to  any vanity.
